      Pros

      Good autonomous work environment. Do your job from anyplace you want. Office space is available and encouraged for many. Nice people.

      Cons

      Seems like every year there is a reorg. Poor/inconsistent communication from management. Used to have leadership. Now it's moving toward a management style with no real direction, just numbers.

      Young crowd to work with, no pressure cause there is no money. Mixed cultural environment

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive, compared to same roles, same industries in Dublin area, reason why people leave Bentley. Annual increases are also way below yearly inflation.
