      Pros

      The company is committed to its customers and has good benefits and salaries. Excellent balance of personal and professional life. The products and solutions are really outstanding and the majority of the employees are seriously committed to help customers achieve their goals. Just like in any modern company, career opportunities are horizontal in other groups/areas.

      Cons

      The company's internal investments favor just some groups, which supposedly have better conditions to perform well, in depreciation of others, instead of actually checking other variables like economy or industry indicators.
