      A highly professional environment. A lot of chances to learn and explore new things. Handsome amount of stipend. Free food, drinks and snacks etc. Different kinds of perks.

      A tight schedule to follow. Lack of interaction between the employees.

      Agggressive company and respected in the industry. Respect for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Privately held. Major market is constructiin which is down now. Going public now and work force reduction may make it a difficult time. Difficult to get in, friends and family hiring mindset.

      Casual and educational. Good engineering management, and team get-togethers were extremely helpful and well organized

      Lack of consistent daily direction, very open-ended projects, often have to find your own things to do and/or invent new products.
