Pros
The company is trustworthy, ethical and cares for its employees. The work times are flexible and office in central location in Dublin. The office has mix of many nationalities and one does not feel lost. Has strong corporate social responsibility and employee involvement. Career hops are encouraged within and gives a well rounded experience.
Cons
Salaries are usually upto median rates and very few salaries may be on the higher side. Conservative in hiring and takes long time. Frequent changes in org is something to look out for, but not typically impacting starters.
