You get many tasks which helps you to learn and gain experience. My manager was the best, always. Most colleagues are nice and willing to help. I had the best experience at Bentley Systems.

Cons

Company is too big and it can sometimes be a problem.

Bentley is quite a good company to work with; one can work with different teams across the globe, many different technologies. If you are interested for exploring different job opportunities, Bentley always encourage that; good work-life balance improving quality of work. Seniors, mostly engineers, are quite experienced, which itself shows that it's a very good place to work; they are quite helpful and provide good mentoring

Cons

Review and if required revision of compensation structure, at some intervals, is required.
