Pros
- A lot of products and technologies used, so there is a very wide variety to choose from. - Software developers have an opportunity to take part in rotations and every 6 months change their projects along with the technologies used. After 2 years you can choose the project you liked working with the most. - Benefits are very good. Additional medical insurance, the gasoline is compensated, STEM grants, Quarterly benefits. - Salary is paid on the same day every month. - Seniors and managers are very professional and easy going. They help a lot to get on track with your tasks and consult you any time you need. - No one is tracking your time, unless you get suspicious to the management, so you can make that time more flexible and distribute the time accordingly.
Cons
- Had to drive 200km a day for the first three months to work from main office.
