      Great People, Great ideas but poor resource and investment.

      Pros

      Some of the best people to work with. The innovations are fantastic. Flexibility to do lots of different jobs. HQ offices have good benefits.

      Cons

      Company struggles to convert corporate direction into action. Too many changes too quickly. Too much old software. Compensation and benefits depends on each office sales director rather than corporate direction.

      Worst marketing organization I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Good benefits package, flexibility to work from home a huge plus.

      Cons

      There is no trust from upper management to do even the simplest of things. Marketing systems are archaic and hinder progress rather than help. Micro-management is standard practice. Many good people have left and many positions are not being filled, leaving remaining employees to do what they can to keep things going.
