      Pros

      Great family company to work for, family culture is great, employees come first, great products, helpful bunch of colleagues.... All around a great experience indeed!

      Cons

      Territorial management and vertical sales/management doesn't work in an emerging country/market.africa is a different ball game to mature markets like US, EU and needs to be managed accordingly.

      Pros

      Access to great equipment and products. Pride in being part of the company since it is used by many well known organizations.

      Cons

      Poor treatment of customer needs, which makes it hard to save face when working directly with the customer. Having upper management tell US congress that there isn't enough talent in America, then lays off 100+ workers in the US and Europe (but has several jobs posted in India) is something to question.
