      Highly skilled technical staff Technology driven, great if you are technically minded Interesting work and interesting problems to solve Very family friendly

      Compensation is average High retention rate translates to limited opportunities for younger colleagues Corporate inertia sometimes causes missed market opportunities

      Pros

      Well-run business, senior management has kept the company on an even keel despite 2 recessions during my time here. Yes, there have bee some layoffs, but minimal in comparison to other software companies. Great work environment - opporunities to work with people from all over the world.

      Cons

      Male dominated management team. (Otherwise, diversity is good.) The company still needs to grw up a bit and have more standard processes and procedures, although there has been pretty segnificant improvement over the last couple of year.
