      Company is going through mergers and acquisitions. So some employees don’t know where they stand .

      Opportunities for growth. Training offerings. Positive environment.

      Cons

      I believe that the pay scale for my position should have been higher. However, I also believe that a new higher would start at a higher salary. Longevity isn't always a plus when it comes to salary.
