      Good company with great people

      Pros

      People, management, culture, career opportunities and great software products with option to work fully remotely (depending on job).

      Cons

      Base salary very low compared to industry standards. Vacation time also lower than what other companies offer these days.

      Great company for people that enjoy corporate rate race

      *Massive company with tons of technologies to work on *Some colleagues are really great *Benefits consistent with large company - ESPP is especially nice

      Cons

      *Too many employees are just "cogs in the machine" that don't work outside of their job description *The growth is rarely real, it's just different job titles with the same duties *Have to play the cooperate game to succeed. Can't just be good, have to be good at selling yourself and kissing up to management *Company sometimes struggles to onboard new acquisitions/technologies
