      Pros

      I enjoy working at Bentley because it motivates my curiosity in finding solutions for real world problems that will have immediate impact in the life people. A better infrastructure software means less cost and time is spent building the next bridge/hospital/powerplant and I'm happy to be part of it.

      Cons

      You may need to be patient to find the right person to find some key information, but I can only assume this is a norm in any big company.
