Cons

Steep Learning curve with Engineering Products Bulk of Bentley's products are Desktop Engineering Solutions, while Bentley has gone through a Digital Transformation with its Infrastructure Cloud Platform, you can end up working on legacy products and tools At the same time new solutions are being developed using cutting edge cloud technologies but you have to be on those teams. Economic Inflation has not been effectively addressed specially Pak Rupee depreciation against US Dollar Career progression is slow, starting a fresh journey to Senior Software Engineer position may take 7-8 years
