      Great product but miserable, chaotic HR function

      Pros

      Great strategy and product that serves the global community.

      Cons

      Poor HR leadership. The function has yet to reach the "reactive" maturity phase, seeing that it is stuck in the "chaos" phase. Here's the sad part - they don't know it. Very micro-management style from the very top of the HR leadership team. Stay away from this function. Also, salary is nearly 30% below market rate.

      Great place to work, employees are like a big family, they help each other. Work from home is allowed!

      Don't expect a spectacular salary increase, make sure you negociate a good base salary when you start

      - Good work-life balance - Interesting and complex work - Friendly work environment and culture

      Cons

      - Lots of org hierarchy, not a lot of transparency with management - Salary and benefits do not always match expectations. - Questionable financial and management decisions ever since company went IPO. It's like everything (including salaries) went on budget savings mode.
