      1. Worklife balance, remote/hybrid working roles 2. Learning and growth opportunities 3. Recognition and appreciation of hardwork.

      Cons

      1. Career stability is the biggest concern, specially when sr. management changes or re-orgs happens. Company shouldn't focus on layoff (unless some performance, legal, medical, financial issues etc.) or early retirement of sr. colleagues. 2. Salaries are not competitive as compared to other multi-national firms. Foreign offices have good salaries but not in Asian region. 3. Biased and lack of trust and promotions to South Asian colleagues.
