Beautiful campus, great energy, Friday's off in the summer and a nice Christmas break.

Cons

Salaries are on the low side for Administrative Assistants/Program Assistants.

Pros

Relaxed and cordial environment within an atmosphere of colleagues that generally enjoy their work and get along. Capital improvements and technology improvements have begun to improve day-to-day working conditions.

Cons

A 2.5% raise regardless of performance barely keeps up with cost of living. The trustees need to reconsider this formula which apparently has been in place for a few years with no relief anticipated. Some politics and lecturers can be treated as second class citizens at times.
