Bergaila misrepresents themselves...

HR was friendly and helpful IN THE BEGINNING.....

AFTER employment contract was signed and they had told me they would reimburse me .54 cents a mile for my drive in/out AND 7 days per diem for my hotel, and I was within 80 miles of the jobsite to report to work the next morning AND had taken the classes and tests, (and was also told I was getting paid for the classes and testing), they apparently changed their mind about me because of a 6 year old MISDEMEANOR that showed up on my background check. I was not reimbursed for the hotel that I had already rented and moved in, nor the 700+ mile one-way trip, and no one would return my calls, texts, or respond to my emails. You can't trust anything that comes out of their mouths even with a signed contract.

Pros

I have been employed by Bergaila for nearly 4 years. I work in the corporate headquarter office. This is a family owned business and I love the tight-knit team, corporate culture that Bergaila promotes. I love that employees are not just a number and the work that each person contributes makes a major impact on the business. Since the beginning of my employment I have experienced so much growth professionally and have had an unlimited opportunity to take on new projects and really build my resume. I doubt that I will ever outgrow Bergaila. This is certainly a company where I intend to stay. I believe Bergaila fairly compensates it's employees and does what they can to offer competitive benefits. I am so happy to be part of this team.
