Made a life changing move here to the Fox Valley from the Twin Cities to join the Best of the Best in the Automotive industry. Bergstrom! No second thoughts or regrets! This company is crazy employee/guest focused right to the core! I look forward to each and every day while enjoying the camaraderie of dedicated teammates!

Pros

They have this really fun inclusive culture that is contagious. The leadership is always looking for what's in your best interest and if any changes being made will affect you. The company did/is doing an incredible job keeping us safe during the COVID-19 pandemic with health checks and mask requirements. Hours are wonderful, pay is great, flexibility is incredible and that makes coming here every day that much easier.
