      I feel like I matter, walking into work people who i’m still getting to know want to know me better make sure I’m doing well and enjoying the work.

      Cons

      I haven’t found a con yet, I am always excited to go into work and see what the day brings. Everyone seems to be great team players, I truly love working at Bergstrom.

      Avery good, innovative company to work for. Employee driven.

      Cons

      Cooperate office have a lack of parking near building wish we could work with the City to remove the street parking 3hr limits. Most times they will have no one parked there. This would free up visitor parking in assigned parking area.

      working with all different types of teammates and guest. Postive culture, Opportunities to grow and move within the company and other locations in Wisconsin!!

      All companys have their ups and downs. The issues here are really not a big deal at all. Every day is a fun day.
