Pros

Accounting Managers treat all of us with respect & if we need time off they are very understanding.

Cons

1. No work from home options. 2. They make us all work at the accounting headquarters instead of at the stores. I feel disconnected from the stores and like we are the "dumb accounting team"

Pros

The opportunity to pursue a career with boundless support from team members to owner doesn't come along often. The support and learning is fueled by like minded individuals thirsty to learn and expand their potential and growth. It's rare to find an employer who values individual and team growth and has only the teams success at heart.

Cons

Non significant enough to post.

Pros

Bergstrom Automotive offers a phenomenal workplace for the employees. Starting at the top with Mr.B and Tim, who have spent years building this company to what it is today. They provide a safe environment for their employees to grow to their full potential while protecting the personal lives of every employee. They offer plenty of PTO and encourage every employee to take time to spend with their families and friends outside of work. The day to day work schedule reflects that as well. In my induvial store, starting at the top, our management team works on training every single advisor to make them successful. They care about the success of the advisors and cater to every advisor's learning style. They do not hesitate to make sure every advisors needs are met. There is a difference between a boss and a leader. A boss will tell you how to do something and expect it to be done. A leader will show you how to complete the task and help the entire team along the way. Our Team Leads do live up to their titles. They are all leaders. I have worked for two dealership companies before Bergstrom and seven dealerships within those two groups. Of all of the stores I have worked at over the years as an advisor, trainer, or in a management position, I have never been as happy as I am today at Bergstrom. I look forward to coming to work every day to see my co-workers. I look forward to working with and helping every guest that sits in my office. I do not feel a need to be nervous when talking to anyone in a higher position than my own. I am comfortable in my position but I know I do not have to be content. I know that Bergstrom prefers to move up current employees into management positions instead of hiring from outside the company. I look forward to my future career with this company and I am extremely excited to see what it has in store.
