Beautiful location, diverse student/faculty/staff body, perfect environment for musicians who need stability but also want to stay up to date with relevant technology/industry trends. Strong feeling of "be who you are".

Cons

While beautiful, Boston is extremely expensive -- if you're looking to have a standard "buy a house, start a family" life, be prepared for 1-2 hour commute from the suburbs, including in neighboring states (New Hampshire, Rhode Island, etc.)

My experience is personal as there are is a large variety of workstudy positions at Berklee shooting and editing videos for their YouTube page. - Receptive supervisors - Cool and different projects to work on every week - Room for creativity
