      Pros

      Berklee is amazing to work for. The pay is good, and the staff is nice. Stage Crew is very educational and a great opportunity to learn! They also work around your class schedule, but give you enough hours to make good money, too!

      I can't think of any cons to working at Berklee!

      Pros

      Access to great shows and clinics, hands-on training, great and knowledgeable colleagues and head manager. Got to meet amazing renowned visiting artists. Pay goes up every amount of months and is also dependent on position. Dealing with ego pumped teens during five week gets pretty hilarious :)

      Cons

      The pay is very low for the student employee. Some people don't care for the work that is being done.
