      - Always felt respected by management and colleagues - Good work/life balance; not expected to put in extra hours regularly - Reasonably progressive organization - A growing and thriving organization - Passionate people (many of whom are musicians)

      - Infighting and turf wars - Confusion among the ranks - Long, long periods of silence from senior leadership

      Pros

      Decent culture, cool concerts and decent benefits. People are generally nice and being in a creative college can at times, be inspiring.

      Cons

      Clash between the old and new, as innovative as the college claims to be, too many managers are resistant to change. The people who work the most seem to get paid less than the ones who come into the office 2-3 times a week.
