      Pros

      Very lax attitude toward attendance and work week. Very difficult to get fired. Really good work/life balance if you work in some divisions.

      Cons

      Very little room for advancement. Very "Berklee High." Most people are promoted because they are part of the "Berklee High" clique, not because of performance. The good employees leave and the lazy ones stay. Way too top heavy for serious innovation.

      Pros

      I get to see great performers and work with passionate people everyday and its a truly great job as well. Being a part of the video production team at Berklee College of Music is a blessing and gives me some good experience in the musical and video fields as well.

      Cons

      If you don't care for music then this is probably not a place you should be affiliated with. Other than that nothing much to say in the cons department

      always something exciting just around the corner, fun, youthful, energetic work environment

      no room for advancement or increase in salary based on performance. People tend to get comfortable and status quo
