Pros
I am impressed with Berklee as a workplace that is kind, warm, welcoming and values work-life balance for it's staff. The benefits, pay, and perks are great as well. This is an environment that holds deep beliefs about DEI initiatives and goes out of its way to make it a welcoming space for all.
Cons
Perhaps because the institution is rooted in arts and not business, there are a lot of oral traditions rather than written rules which can be tricky to navigate as a manager.
