      Grew too fast too soon. Lost sight of its mission statement and prioritizes money over people.

      Student employment, easy-going job, nice way to make extra money

      Pros

      I monitored the production labs and checked people in. Most of the time, not much going on, so I can basically do homework or whatever other tasks I needed. Pretty easy-going. Nice way to make extra money doing part-time work as a student.

      Cons

      Not much upward mobility. It's a chill job, but doesn't lead anywhere and hard to work it into something meaningful on your resume for future, more serious jobs.

      Pros

      Working at Berklee is great because you're surrounded by people with a huge love of music, which makes the atmosphere incredible.

      Cons

      No real opportunity for growth, hours can sometimes be tough (i.e. working overnights and/or weekends), and you don't get that much use of the facilities yourself except during semester breaks if you can
