flexible scheduling great learning experience wonderful coworkers great atmosphere

Cons

Occasionally a know-it -all student would ruin their own gig. Bringing a 500 watt 8x10 bass amp to a 60 seat venue is overkill, but it happened. Those kinds of incidents were super rare in my experience though.
