      Pros

      -Great environment. -Lots of individuality -Flexible hours -Passionate people -Pay is great -Love of music is a huge plus -Opportunity to interact with students and outside guests a lot

      Cons

      The biggest challenge working here comes down to communication, I think. Each department functions very well within itself, however when other depts. need help or contact from another- things can get kind of confusing. Other than that, it's a great job!

      Pros

      You will make lifelong professional and personal relationships. Excellent benefits - healthcare, 401K, generous time off. Exposure to learning, students, and music. Many employees are deeply involved in helping students and volunteering. Not strictly conservative in professional attire. Managers encourage work/life balance.

      Cons

      Large corporate environment means change takes a long time or not at all. Management takes a top down approach. Some non-managerial employees feel managers get all the perks. Can seem political.
