Wonderful HR department, very good benefits, decent pay for administrators (pay for faculty is another issue entirely).

Cons

Incredibly disorganized, redundant and confusing administrative systems, culture of defensiveness, toxic management, understaffed and overworked, poor work/life boundaries, bottlenecking.

Very friendly community of student tutors with a great sense of camaraderie, and supervisors were excellent both in management and social engagement with student workers

Cons

It can be busy and hectic, but supervisors always have the interests of students first and foremost
