Berklee cares about its employees. If you're feeling overwhelmed or frustrated, they will talk to you or let you take breaks, and there are always snacks. The coworkers are super fun, there's a really nice familial vibe in the office. I look forward to going into work every day.

Cons

Its a bit understaffed so sometimes the work can be a bit chaotic.
