Cons

Large case-loads, primary RNs often never see their own patients,making it difficult to effectively case manage. Lots of charting at home for which you don't get paid.

Great place to work as an educator staff buy in to education. Management supported allowing staff to come in early or stay late and be paid for education. Position was very flexible.
