Pros

Outstanding opportunities, culture is second to none. Was always proud to be an employee. Wonderful experiences with a variety of cultures and industries.

Cons

Not sure if this is a con, but if you want to advance, it is very helpful to learn the German language.

Pros

Accountability, international approach, Multimedia Company. Full P&L responsibility, not listed, self financing, decentralised organisation, multicultural. Good profit track record, low debt.

Cons

Next challenge after the internet bubble and the digital transformation will be to give a development direction to this multimedia conglomerate: possibly away from stagnating traditional publishing toward new media and online education
