      Teams of open-minded, predominantly young people. Good collaboration with the clients. Projects are interesting.

      The pay is not amazing. Career growth opportunities not really explained.

      Pros

      My responsibles in Bertrand are very understanding with special situations that may occur in your life, they are fully supportive. The team is awesome as well. Nice work-life balance.

      Cons

      More home office would be great, salary could also get improved (although not bad).
