      Acceptable Springboard into Industry

      - No work experience needed to get in - Nice colleagues - Friendly bosses (relaxed atmosphere) - Company events - Respectful contact (also across hierarchies)

      Cons

      - "Flat hierarchies" keep you from making many "small steps" to evolve, instead you'll make a "big jump", every time. or you stay at your position/salary - No payroll (still "in discussion", but not introduced, yet) - No workers' council - No canteen - Relatively low wages (as usual for engineering offices) and insufficient inflation adjustment

      Cons

      I recommended nobody to work at Bertrandt. When they had an economical crise, they fired the people without compensation. They are also paying less than the others.
