      Flexible time, home office, some benefits

      Cons

      There are structural problems in this company. They do not appreciate loyal people. There is almost no chance to advance in career, i don't feel like there are steps on which i can climb higher. The leadership is careless, the head of HR is a b***ch, and the annual raises goes up to 0% almost. In 4 years i had 120 euro raise in total.
