      Pros

      Working for them was a great experience. You are able to have the freedom to come in and get your work done. Occasionally have monthly meetings with your manager to talk about the project you are on. It felt nice to have someone who provides with the right resources for success.

      The pay could have been more competitive with the market. It was more on the lower end of the range

      Young and inexperienced new team

      Cons

      Bertrandt contracted a new team with all new team members, so nobody knew what to do and so on. so as my role was a bit of responsability i had to take every strike from the costumer and my team didn't know how to respond... not great!
