Cons
* Management neglects employees. * Mostly Incompetent Teamleaders (Teamleiters). * You have to remind Teamleaders to do the yearly employee review. * As soon as you are not working "inhouse" the Teamleaders loose track of the team members; * Only one or zero team meetings a year. * Team gets together after yearly B-Asked survey takes place to discuss the outcome of the survey (B-Asked = Company Performance review done by employees). * Friss oder stirb mentality. * Teamleads usually do not know what the skill set is of the employee. * When working for an OEM, the salary of the Bertrandt engineer is 30% less than the OEM Engineer.
