The team members and management is very supportive of the needs of the employer. They will try their level best to make you feel comfortable and accomodate your needs. Employees have enough freedom to voice their opinions in project related and even personal matters.

Cons

I have worked as part time intern and as a full time employee but did not face any cons as such.
