InI recent years, management, in certain areas of the company, are not being held to the standard that Best Buy is known for. Ex. A GM of a store that has missed budget by over a million dollars in a fiscal year, for numerous years, and is one of the highest paid GM's in the area was not reprimanded or even transferred for over 5 years.
