Pros

Working as an LG Experience Expert was a great opportunity to build strong knowledge of TVs, soundbars, and home theater technology. I liked being able to specialize in a brand and really understand the products so I could help customers make informed decisions. The role also gave me a lot of experience talking to customers about different needs like gaming, movies, or home theater setups. The employee discount and vendor training were nice perks, and the team environment in the store made the day-to-day work enjoyable.

Cons

Like most retail roles, there can be a lot of pressure around sales metrics and hitting performance goals. Even though the position focuses on LG products, you’re often expected to help with general store tasks or other departments when things get busy. The schedule can also include evenings, weekends, and holidays, which is typical for retail but still something to consider.
