Pros

Good hours Good people around Upper management does not care what you do

Cons

Be aware at any given point you will be laid off. Hours can be 5 hours one week then 35 next. There is no guarantee. Sinking ship lately.

Pros

You learn so much! If you love technology and learning it's definitely the place to be. You will make friends and memories. The pay is decent for the area. You will have a great hours at first especially if you start around the holidays.

Cons

Like with any job you will run into bumps. You need to be headstrong and not light hearted. Customers can be disgusting and vile but also become like family. Depending on how well you work with others will make or break you. Not all managers and Supervisors are the greatest at times. Get everything in writing and keep records or encounters that may come up in the future. If you step on toes or outshine anyone expect to catch grief. Also, depending on how well you are liked may determine if you keep amazing hours or if you lose your work life balance.
