Pros

When I started it was amazing (Hubert) and now it's nothing other than writing people up to fire them later, or laying off 100s of people to give the Top Brass pay raises. All in all the 12+ hour days were worth it only because of the solid people i worked with. Even if the politics have changed for the worse there's still a little magic left... Diversity and Inclusion was awesome! Lots of involvement for employees, the benefits were good but don't let them stifle you pay because that's their excuse to underpay. So many amazing people from the company, and it was enjoyable to work with them. 4/10 because top management is the issue but teams and field employees are Rockstar there's so much heart in what they do.

Cons

Moving to corporate beige walls and less about the values or company, let alone employee. Company is very much not what it used to be and going downhill quick. No employee care, the culture is melancholy and a toxic relationship at best.
