Pros

Great support for students, both financially and for scheduling. You get to paid to learn about electronics. There is a great culture around building friendships with co-workers. Very LGBTQ friendly.

Cons

Senior leadership often fails to deliver the knowledge and tools to support the stores. There is not enough training for employees. Line level employees get paid as if they were stocking shelves as opposed to being salespeople.

Pros

Had computer experience, and no prior job experience so decided to work at best buy. Paid okay, considering. Worked part time after school.

Cons

Customer service was a pain, especially rude costumers who though they could walk all over us. The place was also a zoo on weekends.
