Pros

The hours are pretty flexible when you need certain days off not counting holidays. If you work at best buy you work holidays. Depending on what store you work at, it is a family atmosphere. A very diverse hiring strategy allows you to meet a lot of different people. There is usually room for advancement if you don't care what department you work in.

Cons

low pay to keep the stock prices up. too many constant changes with acronyms that go out before you even fully understood what they meant. LOTS of drama. A few bad apples ruin the whole barrel because best buy is so shy at getting rid of them for fear of turnaround. everything is tracked so you don't know what the main goal of the day is.
