Pros

For a retail job not too bad. Tuition assistance and you really can move up if you apply yourself.

Cons

Retail hours. Never ending meeting numbers game. In retail you cant ever win. Everyday is a new day.

Pros

Learn basic sales technique, work with great retail managers, awesome employee discount, benefits package, and tuition support. Coworkers are pleasant to work with and supportive.

Cons

As with all sales positions, selling enough product can be stressful. Managers, however, do set reasonable expectations. Be prepared to work with angry and illogical customers at times.

Pros

Some stores have great leadership that want to see their employees advance. They pay better than most retailers with great benefits. Opportunities for everyone to receive a bonus. Great place to build friendships.

Cons

Favoritism. Some leaders don't provide their employees with the right tools or support to advance within the company. Some stores hard work is not recognized or appreciated.
