Pros

They train you to be pretty knowledgeable about what you are selling. My co-workers and leaders were all very welcoming and nice.

Cons

There was not super strict pressure from my leaders (except for one) to sell things. It is pretty challenging trying to sell content, warranties and magazines with every customer. Because, and this is what my leader said, "with every 10 customers at least 1 will say yes to what you are selling". I still don't believe that. Customers feel bombarded at the check out, which I hated. Then you have goals to hit when selling all of it. It's just a lot of things to remember and sell and push onto these customers and I was only a cashier!!
