Pros

Worked well around my college schedule. Paid more than other minimum wage jobs. Co workers were great to work with. Management was great as well.

Cons

Two words- The Customers. People are idiots who don't understand policies and think everyone would make exceptions for them always.

Pros

They provide great product and sales training with a fun environment, as it seems with most stores. The face to face in-depth customer sales experience you gain is invaluable, and can't be found with most other part time or full time retail jobs. This is a job that you can reference for sales experience and gain valuable communication skills.

Cons

For a non-commissioned job they push sales goals and numbers constantly as if they were commissioned or quotas, sometimes pushing customers for things they don't need. Also, expected to have the skill, knowledge, and presentation of a corporate sales rep for the pay of a retail cashier.
