Pros

Discount on certain items can be great. Fast paced and pretty fun during holidays.

Cons

Pay isn't good unless you hit sales goals as a team. No bonuses for seasonal employees even if they are selling better than part or full timers

Cons

way way way too liberal, overbearing customer service requirements, feel like we are annoying the customer rather than helping the customer.
