Pros

good balance in management, this is a really good place to work, people are nice and work is fun. I would recommend to high school or college level

Cons

young kids don't want to work, a lot of call in shifts that are unexpected. this makes it hard to balance work with personal life.

Pros

Good employee discount, flexible hours, decent pay for retail work, the products are interesting.

Cons

It's retail, most store associates don't make enough money to support a career, some upscale customers can be difficult to deal with, lots of pressure to push services/products and meet goals

Pros

Decent pay, simple tasks, good feedback at times from managers

Cons

Sales associates are expected to perform beyond expectations of non-commission-based workers, departments and knowledge of employees is too isolated
