Pros

Great company, Great benefits, it is a fun and exciting place to work. It's easy to talk to management and everyone is very friendly.

Cons

It can be hard to move up in the company. There is favoritism and it's hard to move up without playing politics with higher managers not just performing well.

Pros

Great people, discounts, fun work environment , the managers are pretty nice, they give you pretty good product training and support.

Cons

One thing that they really hate to do is give you more than 30 hours of work a week so don't expect to get up to a full time position unless your are a manager.
